Shipping policy

At Franklin's, we strive to offer a smooth experience and the highest level of customer service throughout your entire purchase. We do have set guidelines regarding shipping and returns, we ask that you reach out to info@franklinsnc.com if you have any questions regarding your order.

We pride ourselves in shipping almost all orders same day if ordered by 3 pm EST. However, some items may require different methods of shipment and if they do we are then at the wait times of those shipping companies. We will reach out to you if an extended shipping period is needed. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be fulfilled. You will receive an email with the status of your order as items are shipped.
